Description

Our guest today has a unique skill set that affects 100% of all our lives. He’s the one who leads the team of product placement at grocery stores. He’s here today not because he knows where to place the Cocoa Puffs so that you’ll purchase them, but because he’s one of the biggest advocates for using Strengths to help build his teams and shape cultures of accountability.

Changing his leadership style from what he learned from unhealthy leaders wasn’t always easy, but Marty learned that if he leaned into his Strengths and was willing to let others do the same, he could take his teams to new heights like they never imagined. Learning to be responsible for people above being responsible for results only, led to greater fulfillment for both Marty and his team.

Marty’s passion for using Strengths is one of the main reasons his teams were willing to follow his lead and thrive. We hope you’ll listen today and enjoy experiencing his passion with us. It’s inspiring!

It’s an extremely powerful tool for personal and professional development as well as improving team dynamics. You will hear us reference Strengths frequently in our podcasts.
