Nik Rule is the athletic director at William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa, population just over 11 thousand people. WPU is an NAIA program, but the size of the community and the level of small school competition doesn’t stop Nik from implementing big ideas as he uses his very diverse background in communications, fund-raising, coaching, and even politics to make William Penn one of the top athletic programs in the country in every possible area.
