Rob Miller’s career in athletics has almost always been focused on leadership and culture. He worked at the NAIA National Office and he also served as commissioner of both the Sun and Wolverine-Hoosier Conferences. For the past two decades, he’s also been part of Proactive Coaching -- an organization founded by Bruce and Dana Brown. In his time with Proactive Coaching, Rob has met with and trained literally thousands of teams around the United States.
