We had our first IEP meeting. This was talking about my hopes for it. I recorded this before that meeting though, so slight update: it was a good meeting.
Positive Body Image
This is the big topic. I’m beginning to explore how to improve the body image in my head. Instead of defaulting to thinking that I’m always “fat” or never good enough, how do I go about changing that.
