In this episode I am going to walk you through a real scenario where I learned to use my undiagnosed ADHD to my advantage. It was not easy to stop and channel my energy, but I did it!
I use a lot of the tactics that I spoke about in episode 37 and show you how I put them to use.
I’m going to talk about a project where I took a process that took 8 to 10 hours per day down to 30 minutes to 1 to 2 hours.
It is something that I am very proud of! These are my lessons learned.
