I had the honor to visit and record this episode from Binghamton New York's historical Phelps Mansion! Sherman David Phelps was a prominent Binghamton business man, he held the office of mayor and was also a judge. Museum educator Joe Shuerch talks with us about the mansion's history, some of the paranormal events that have been reported, and when you can book a tour of the mansion. We also interview the paranormal investigation group Empirical Paranormal to find out how they became involved, some of their past investigations, what they have learned since joining the investigation group, and what they have coming up for community events.
