The Holiday season is a wonderful time of year , its filled with events, catch ups, parties, spending time with friends and family BUT it also is a SUPER BUSY time of year, with all that’s involved with Christmas , I don’t know about you but I get more exhausted at this time of year, and have found that when the new year comes around I’m less party and more lets be in bed lol BUT I have the solution to avoid the end of year burnout!
