Lina Fail is a professional chef who learnt her craft in some of London’s most renowned restaurants. Since turning vegan she took the courageous decision to walk away from those restaurants that didn’t align with her values & seek new opportunities, most notably educating the vegan & vegan curious in how to cook restaurant quality food in their own homes through her new series of online courses.
