1. Hurricane - Shaken
- 4oz Rum
- 2oz Lemon Juice
- 2oz Passionfruit Syrup
2. French 75 - Shaken
- 2oz Gin
- 3/4oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4oz Lemon Juice
- Top with Champagne
3. Sazarac - Stirred
- 2oz Rye Whiskey
- 3-4 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters- Sugar cube
