Marguerite Haugh, from Core-Awakening, LMHC, TCTSY, 95hr RCY-T
Marguerite is a certified Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Facilitator and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Her passion for wellness and the mind/body connection has brought her to becoming
trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE). SE is an approach to therapy that works with people’s nervous system as a way of deactivating and discharging stuck trauma energy.
Marguerite loves working with people who are active in their path to wellness and healing. She has a warm and welcoming space is Chicopee, Massachusetts where she meets with people individually and provides adult mental health services, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), and events that include practices such as Mindfulness, guided imagery, meditative body scans – overall opportunities for relaxation and
manifestation of life’s desires. To assist with manifesting life’s desires, or shifting a place of feeling stuck, Marguerite facilitates retreats for women.
Her study of Mindfulness began after a traumatic loss in her own life. What she found was so much more than she’d ever imagined possible, and it went far beyond healing the initial loss. She now brings
what she has learned full circle within her work with adults.
In addition to her adult services, she is certified in children’s yoga in areas such as Trauma Informed Yoga for Children, Mindfulness and Yoga for Diverse Abilities, Mindfulness and Yoga for Athletes, and
Mindfulness for Tweens and Teens.
