Charles Githler is an entrepreneur with a successful career focused on Finance, Economics and Real Estate Development. In this conversation with Charles, we discuss his early days in finance, as a founder of the event series and company that became MoneyShow in 1978, which has become the largest trade show production company for self-directed investors. Charles also began his career in real estate development in 1978 with his first condo project on Bradenton Beach. From there Charles began developing larger projects, some very iconic in Sarasota's skyline such as The Sarasota Bay Club, Beau Ciel and Hyatt Downtown.
