Preferred Shore Real Estate and D’Agostino Real Estate Group announce a partnership into a newly formed "Preferred Shore Commercial" entity. D’Agostino Real Estate Group will merge into and operate under the "Preferred Shore Commercial" title and brand. This new entity establishes a dedicated commercial practice with expert leadership within Preferred Shore to represent customers in commercial sales, leasing and development. This partnership also creates an opportunity for Realtors who intend to specialize in commercial real estate to join Preferred Shore and benefit from expert guidance as well as implement advanced residential marketing disciplines that are rarely utilized in commercial listings.
Ken D'Agostino is responsible for 13,000,000+ square feet of total career commercial projects. He's been instrumental in the development of over 2,500,000 square feet of retail and office space. He also has expertise in residential development, with marketing and sales experience, including more than 400 waterfront condominium units.
Jason D'Agostino is a Sarasota native who specializes in real estate investment. Jason graduated from Eckerd College with a BA in Business & Finance and worked as an analyst for a large real estate investment group. He maintains a 2-20 Florida Insurance License and has prior work experience in personal and corporate insurance industries.
