“Diastasis recti is bad”
There is a negative connotation brought onto diastasis recti but Dr. Kaylee explains why she thinks it’s a myth and why this is something that you should reconsider and think about. And how important it is to get properly assessed by a specialist—pelvic floor physical therapists is a best option to consider.
Know that your body functional. You can still do all of the things you want to do with the right management and maintenance program, and proper modifications.
