Drawing on what we know from action and behavior, what does it LOOK like when you CARE (or GAS?) do you call your players? Do you check in with them every other day or so? Do they know you WANT to learn about them and their lives? How will people know you CARED about them? What would a coach who CARES about their players do? Reverse engineer that, and use that to help you decide on how you want to respond to a situation.
