The government have been spending a lot of money recently and they are now trying to reclaim it forcefully. From the proposed expansion of the congestion charge and ultra-low emission zone to the 24hr bus lanes it really does feel like there is an attack on motorists. Is it a ploy to get people back on public transport? Are we simply dancing to the tune the government is playing? Will our choices from here on out really be our own or part of an elaborate plan to force the masses to play ball? Can a man really be forced into his decisions?
