Taking a trip down memory lane is always fun and clubbing and parties were always a prominent fixture. They presented a unique combination of fun and danger when at any given moment a fight could break out in the middle of the dancefloor. This was taken up a notch during university times when freedom was at its height but is there still value in taking the traditional route? Is Education still as valuable as it once was? There are certainly still benefits but perhaps time has demonstrated that real life experience or other routes are possible too. Even the darker paths have produced rewards for many, and it is not hard to see why a lot of youths take that road despite the high risks it involves. One thing success has in common is the ability to succeed regardless of the situation, whether that comes from talent or just pure hustle mentality. Should talent always be put before time in service to a company or should there be some degree of hierarchy regardless because there are other qualities that play a part when thinking about things such as promotion? These are not simple decisions, and neither is involving friends and family on a rapidly expanding successful business. Should you give a man a fish or teach him how to catch fish or maybe even a step further provide him with the river to catch the fish once he has been taught? This is a problem we all hope to have and once our guest Andz may have to think about sooner rather than later.
