Fr. Peter Vecellio is a Discalced Carmelite priest now serving as Pastor of St. Therese Catholic Church in Alhambra, CA. Previously, he served as Rector and Student Master at the St. Elijah House of Studies in Mt. Angel, OR and at his province’s Carmelite mission in Uganda, Africa and El Carmelo Retreat House in Redlands, CA. He has given retreats on Carmelite spirituality throughout the western United States and East Africa. He is also involved in the pro-life movement ever since his college days at Franciscan University of Steubenville, especially giving talks on Natural Family Planning.
