Ronelle shares how he started from humble beginnings to take the unconventional route of earning an associates degree before graduating from SUNY Oswego College, the same college that Al Roker Graduated from. He recounts the many obstacles he had to overcome on his path to success and provides lessons that will help any aspiring STEM professional. One of the best parts of this episode is when Ronelle walks us through a day in life of a Broadcast Meteorologist. He covers a full day with all the details including how a weatherperson uses a green screen to show us the weather!
