He shares multiples stories from his time as a Division 1 Basketball Player for San Diego State University to his time as a construction engineering intern where he learned valuable lessons that would go on to help him in his career. Brian also reveals the many roadblocks that have occurred in his career and how he overcame each one. He shares his love for business and how he ended up starting his own business that he still runs till this day. This episode closes with a great conversation about giving back and the need to promote STEM to kids from multicultural communities.
