Hey I'm Ann Lucente! Welcome to Time to Elevate!
I’m excited to share my guest with you today –
We met in the early 2000’s over some lipstick and skin
care products. I was a Mary Kay beauty consultant and at the time I was working towards becoming a sales director and she happened to be a guest at one of my parties. I got the feeling she wasn’t quite impressed with the business. But I was wrong, because not too long after
that night, she joined my team, and it was a fun ride for a few years!
Today she is a Therapist, Life Coach, and Transformational Leader.
She is a successful entrepreneur running her virtual
therapy practice, called “Created Life Consulting” in New York. She’s also licensed in GA, AZ, and NV and provides individual therapy and coaching to people across the country.
Fun fact: 23 years ago she was one of the first 100 clinicians to become Licensed Mental Health
Counselors in NY state (her license number is 99!) She also has been an event leader and coach at Landmark Worldwide since 2017.
Her current focus is working with high-achieving women
in demanding careers who seek growth and guidance but feel stuck, unsatisfied,
and struggle with confidence, leading to anxiety, imposter syndrome, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships. By using integrative, solution-focused techniques and her unique orientation to therapy, she helps her clients understand what’s holding them back and discover their inner power so that they can live a life that they love.
She is passionate about empowering people to reach
their full potential and elevate themselves and their lives.
