Description

As an authenticity guide, helping people to embody their deepest desires and truest selves, I find a lot of people don’t know what that all really means. I’m sharing my experiences + opinions on what the authenticity journey has looked like and certain steps I (unknowingly at the time) took in order to get to a place of deeper love for myself in all of my expression and fullness of being human. The life we desire is synonymous to our authentic expression.

Here’s what I’ll be covering in this podcast in depth and a whole lot more!

6 things authenticity is IMO:

1. Witnessing and staying curious about our shadows, blocks + even our strengths

2. Radical accountability for our behavior/actions

3. Emptying out, filling up + allowing space for new experiences

4. Creating, setting and maintaining boundaries with ourselves + others

5. Getting clear on our deepest desires + passions.

6. Creating practices to instill those things into our life + manifesting while we work towards them.

4 things authenticity IS NOT:

1. Telling people what to do and how to live aka unsolicited advice to strangers acquaintances or people we know and love

2. Being unapologetic in toxic behavior bc “that’s just how I am”

3. An excuse to cause injustice or harm on anyone —ie if you’re racist or homophobic

4. Aggressively trying to get others to accept, understand and/or follow our opinions or views

As noted in this episode, I have an older podcast that dives deeper into boundaries. You can listen here on Spotify:
