Oooooweeee! Second podcast and I’m more nervous than the first. This episode is all about boundaries + why they’re not just kind, but loving. I’ll talk about what I used to think boundaries were (a protective fortress) and what they really are for me now (pure freedom + connection). And ends with how boundaries is basically a niching down process of the authentic self. The book I referenced is called ‘Boundaries’ by Dr Henry Cloud + Dr John Townsend.
