Description

I’m back!!! It’s been a long time, but it was well worth it. I’m so ready to be back and excited to share again.

This episode is under the new name Somatically Designed by Alaxandra… a whole new vibe, but the same me! I’m sharing what this past year has actually looked like behind the scenes. The pauses, the overwhelm, the urgency, and the slow integration of everything I’ve been learning about my energy, my nervous system, and myself.

As someone living with ADHD, autism, and OCD, along with a deeply creative, multi-passionate mind, I talk openly about the tension between wanting to create right now and learning how to slow down without guilt. I’m talking about the discomfort of not always using pressure as the propeller and instead witnessing what happens when I make a decision to rest whenever I’m overloaded and overly motivated.

Burnout doesn’t come from rest, it comes from constant mental multitasking, avoidance, and indecision.

I share how I’ve been learning to support myself with more grace, how “failure” has actually been information, and why making a single clear decision for the day, even if that decision is to rest, can be one of the most regulating things we can do for our nervous system.

This episode is an invitation to soften the urgency, trust your timing, and begin honoring your energy instead of forcing it. No fixing. No pushing. Just learning how to be with yourself where you are, and letting that be enough.

There is more time. There is no finish line.

Please let me know if the takeaways at the end are helpful tools for you! I’m so curious.

If you’re looking for 1:1 coaching for human design and somatic healing, I only have 3 spaces left! This work is very intentional and immersive for me and my clients, so I limit myself to protect my energy. (Another beautiful integration of the work I’ve done over the past year)
