This weekend, Yaz hosted her very first EE Retreat for 9 girls from Ireland and the UK. Everyone stayed together under the one roof to come together, to laugh, to cry, to learn and to grow. Although this was the first time Yaz was meeting a lot of the girls and most of them had never met each other, it transformed into the safest space for everyone.
Yaz talks us through the weekend spent in Brighton from 5pm on Friday when everyone arrived, to sitting down to a big home made curry before heading to the beach for a sunset dip and meditation. On Saturday, it was a bright and early 5:30am start with a sea dip, meditation and a big breakfast spread, some CEO Workshops and Inner Child work where everyone got very emotional. Off to the Brighton Lanes for some coffee, pastries and laughter before an Italian dinner and eve more chatting. Sunday was special with of course a sea dip before the final breakfast and writing some letters to one another after spending the weekend together.
