Description

In this episode I am joined by Elizabeth Nicholas where we talk about an enormous number of important topics including the importance of documenting your transferrable skills, creating a professional portfolio and the work she is doing with military families.

This conversation left me feeling with so much inspiration on the work we can do to change people's lives through coaching, mentoring and, simply, helping others 'decide their own Monday's' ...

Liz is such an uplifting person and the work she is doing makes such a positive impact on individual's lives. Thank you, Liz, for such a wonderful conversation.
