NPR Student Podcast Challenge: A Fortnight In Fortnite by Zain & Kunga
(This Podcast was submitted as an entry in the 2023 NPR Student Podcast Challenge 4th-8th Grade Competition)
In this podcast, Zain and Kunga remember the first two weeks of the pandemic and the importance of a simple thing like Fortnite. For two weeks when no one really knew what would happen with school, students found a way to find some normalcy in video games. Some people think video games are pointless, but for these 8th graders, it was much more important.
