Hello fellow movie nerds!! This week, please join us as we discuss leading ladies Julia Roberts and Nicole Kidman!
Julia Roberts has had a long, successful career as one of Hollywood's leading ladies. With a megawatt smile and a screen presence that is undeniable, Julia has graced our movie theaters for decades with her amazing talent. She is best known, perhaps, for one of her early movies, Pretty Woman (1990), and her Oscar award winning role as a determined single mother fighting for the health of her city in Erin Brockovich (2001). Julia has starred in many a rom-com and drama alike, and is definitely one of our favorites! Julia has been nominated for four Academy Awards and has one win to her name.
Nicole Kidman has been on the silver screen since the early eighties and has just gotten better with age. She is best known for her intelligent, dark, and sultry roles such as Satine in Moulin Rouge (2001), Ada in Cold Mountain (2003), and won the Academy Award for her role as Virginia Woolfe in The Hours (2002). Nicole has been nominated for five Academy Awards and has one to her name as well.
