Is your branding consistent?
In this 2nd of our "how to market your business" series on the podcast, I want to talk to you about how your customer perceiving your business, before they even get in the chair.
In this short episode, I'm giving you some food for thought. I want you to have a look at your website, at your social media, at your email communications. A client should be able to see any of these platforms and know immediately - oh that's Lexi! You need to showcase from the moment somebody finds you how professional you are, and how easy it is going to be for them to work with you.
You have 17 - 22 touch points in retail, well guess what, in marketing there is that plus more. It's not just about social media, it's just about your brand colours, it's about so much more.
So take this 15 (or so) minutes for you, and then when you finish listening, have a look through the platforms you use, and see if there is any room for improvement based on the tips in this episode.
