Now for the episode:

What is a heart centered business? What does that even mean to be a heart lead entrepreneur!

In this episode, I am explain all about this topic from my perspective, how I choose a heart-centered approach to business and how this impacts my decisions.

I am also giving you other examples of what a heart centered business could look like. But remember any cause that you choose to get involved with, any plans you put in place MUST be aligned with your values, it is imperative that they are true to you.

For myself and my salon family at Ooh La La we support a local children's charity called Youth Venture. Watching what this organisation do for these kids has had such a massive impact on my life. We made a decision at the salon to support this charity throughout the year whatever way we can. For me this is just one of the ways that my heart centered business works.

Chantelle, a member of Salon Quarterly Program, is a great example of this. She has started the Cut Kids Hunger project, which is dedicated to helping children in her community who are hungry. Through her project, she has partnered with a backpack program to send food home with kids in need. She has also held cutathons, which have raised money to support the backpack program. Chantelle's example shows that even small businesses can make a difference in their communities.

Being heart-led in business is a great way to stay motivated and energized in your work. It’s a way to make a difference in the world and show your clients that you care. Taking the time to be kind and generous can help you create a business that is rooted in compassion and understanding.

Enjoy the episode!
