What does your client really need from you? This is such an interesting conversation for all beauty professionals. We need to realise that what our clients need from us is so much more than just their beauty service.
We need to show up for our clients consistently. We need to be there for them with epic advice and we need to share our knowledge with them. I know some of us think "oh I don't know that much about X or Y subject", but let me tell you, you do, and you know more than your client about products they should use, or hair trends etc.
