How to finish strong in the salon
So, if you listen to the podcast all the time you will know that planning is my jam, I can nerd out on this topic for hours, if you let me. In this episode I want to tell you what to do to make sure you end 2022 strong, ready for 2023.
This is my short list of what to avoid in Q4 and things that will help you finish the year strong in your salon. Through this episode I want you to remember to take what works for you and leave what doesn't, because there's a lot of things, but even the things that are not right for you right this moment, they may be right for you in time.
