To assess, first we must look at what it means to be “blessed”
Favored, approved by God God blesses those who know their need for Him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is given to them.
Receiving divine favor
Healing, a balm from God is the God-given capacity to enjoy his goodness in your life and to extend that goodness to others

Blessed (Moses) See Deut. 33:29, “Blessed are you, O Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the LORD?”
