Description

Kristin and Daisy kick off this episode by talking about the magic that can exist in each moment if we allow ourselves to find it. Peak experiences are fleeting and infrequent, so what is life without finding magic in the mundane? Kristin and Daisy have been exploring this idea in contrasting ways. Kristin in working to romanticize average moments in the way that peaks are often romanticized while Daisy works to romanticize low points of her life as the moments that prepare her for what is to come. Whether experiencing a peak or a valley, both are just blips in the bigger picture of life and existence and most of life happens in the middle.

They also go on to discuss the paradox of being content while simultaneously holding space for desire. They dive into the importance of discerning between authentic and inauthentic desires. In combining these ideas with co-creation ideologies, we can tap into the confidence that our authentic desires already belong to us. Which then allows us to sit back and feel contentment in the now without urgency to obtain our desires.
