Adam Nugget Kulik is a nugget in only the finest sense of the word. He is truly pure gold in a compact form. He could be compared to king midas from the legend because everything he touches turns to gold. He has a combination of killer work ethic (like when he remodeled The Goldmark into Pittsburgh’s only true DJ Bar in 6 months by himself), and natural talent (‘oh no the headspin guy is here’ a recent quote from a Pgh local recalling his dance battle days). Maybe most importantly he is a genuinely honest and kind person. His joy to work with and infectious positivity have made him the go to club rocker in the midwest and carried him to stages in Vegas, NYC, LA, and anywhere else he wants to go. He has done great interviews on the ROAD podcast and with DJ Zimmie that cover his origin story and I wanted to go into new ground so we talk a bit about what it takes to be a successful DJ, about his personal life and travels with his incredible wife Nicole, and many other topics. There is a ton of meat on the bone here and we plan to run this one back soon, what a fun conversation!
