Injuries! Few things can mess up routines and plans like injuries. Injuries can come from sports or a physical hobby, or something innocuous like picking laundry up off the floor or sleeping in a poor position. Unfortunately this means injuries will plague all of us at some time or another, and it is up to decide how to react while trying to get better.

The BIG injuries are the ones that really stump us though. Torn knees, herniated discs, broken arms... big injuries are such that not only do they disrupt our routines, but they can altogether stop us from doing some of the things we love. That loss of control along with the physical issues can lead to a lot of mental trauma in processing how to get through the injury... and that's where Jonathan Pishner and Jerry Handley come in!
