Recipe of the week: Biscoff Cheesecake Bites

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, combine biscoff cookies, sugar, and melted butter. Process until it becomes crumb-like. Place cupcake liners in muffin pans and evenly distribute the graham mixture. Using a spice jar, firmly press onto the mixture to form a crust. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon with a mixer until smooth. Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture evenly on top of the crusts. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the middle is set. Let cool. Top with your favorite toppings! Enjoy.
