Stop guessing at what you should be doing for menopause and learn all that you can be doing proactively to help reduce and avoid the side effects from peri/post-menopause.  This podcast is for all women.  Julie Walton, a Ph.D. candidate from the University of Calgary, talks about all things pre/post-menopause.  As she was finishing her master’s in exercise physiology she was surprised at the lack of research on this particular subject.  She has continued her studies as a Ph.D. student studying post-menopause and the effect it has on our tendons.

Julie and her team from the University of Calgary are paving the way with new research on post-menopause.  Join us as we dissect this incredible topic and understand what we can be doing as aging women to help with our next phase of life.  We do not have to be victims of the symptoms, rather we can lead the way successfully through menopause with great health, an incredible base of wisdom, and a clear head, and learn to celebrate this stage of our lives.
