This week’s episode is a special one, and it’s close to my heart.
I had the incredible opportunity to sit down with Kennedy Zubot, a Women’s Strength and Confidence Coach based in Calgary, who recently stepped onto the stage in a National Natural Bodybuilding competition.
As a fellow coach, this conversation is about so much more than fitness or aesthetics. It’s about what it really takes to commit to something hard, to rebuild your confidence when life throws you curveballs, and to prove to yourself that you can do anything you set your mind to.
Kennedy and I talk about:
Her evolution from high-performance soccer player to coach and athlete
The mental strength it took to train for months, overcome self-doubt, and show up with pride
How she turned personal struggle, including infertility, into a deeper source of purpose and resilience
Why mindset and self-belief are the real foundation of transformation
It’s raw, real, and full of the kind of honesty that every woman needs to hear, whether you’re navigating menopause, chasing a goal, or simply trying to feel strong again in your own body.
At the end of the day, this episode is a reminder that you can make any change you want to your body or your life, you just need a plan, the right tools, and someone in your corner who believes in you.
