In this episode, I will be breaking down the common acronym that we heard of called SMART Goals and how it can be used in your daily life. Discipline isn't a bad thing and shouldn't be treated as so. Having discipline lets people know your work ethic when it comes to completing a certain task. Discipline takes time to achieve when trying anything new because there may be some things that you don't know about or have an interest in.
The goal of this conversation that I am having with you all is to help listeners and viewers that it takes time to develop. Setting goals that are both realistic and time bound allows you to have opportunities to achieve success. I share some of the techniques that I mastered to help me achieve major milestones.
