This week's homework: Truly spend time with yourself. Sit and plan your next steps out; whether you're an entrepreneur, writer, 9-5er etc. Shut out everything and everyone for at least 15 minutes a day; where does your mind go in that 15min? Dive deeper into that as the week goes on. Tell someone about your plan in order for them to keep you accountable.
