His firm PHM was a leader in the central New Jersey mortgage banking market and over the period of time from 2006 to 2009, Josh developed innovative marketing systems and platforms that consistently placed him and the top of the mortgage originators within the state. Realtors and clients benefit in ways greater than just providing mortgage solutions. "I see my role as a creator of opportunities for those I work with", states Josh.
