Jermaine discusses the highs and lows of his career, including his greatest moments at UCF, the triumphs and trials of his pro career, the politics of professional sports, and the charity work he's doing back here in Central Florida. He reveals the painful challenges he sees children endure every time he visits schools, including his work to assist the homeless and help prevent youth addiction and suicide.
Jermaine is currently working for the non-profit SportsWorld.org, an organization of former professional athletes who visit schools around the nation to encourage children to better themselves by making the right choices in their daily lives.
