The No. 1 team in the nation locked in the top spot in the SEC in their first year in the conference, a huge step in achieving their goals for the year. They may have lost the top seed in the SEC Tournament via coin flip, but they brought home a pair of conference awards and will enjoy two byes en route to bringing home the hardware.
While it seemed like the men's team was on the wrong side of the bubble, they managed to pull off a Tuesday night upset and potentially put themselves back on the right side of the tournament watchlist.
