The Texas Longhorns currently sit third in the Big 12, needing another big win in order to keep their hopes at playing for a conference championship alive. To do that they will travel to Ames to take on the Iowa State Cyclones, who hope to reverse their fortunes after back-to-back narrow losses dropped them to the bottom half of the conference.
Iowa State is paced by Brock Purdy, the No. 6 quarterback in the country averaging 316 yards per game and 8.8 yards per passing attempt. Can a seemingly rejuvenated Texas defense slow down the high-paced Cyclones signal caller?
