1. Combat veteran. Multiple. Iraq. Search for weapons of mass destruction and Dooley should be dead now from exposure in Iraq. Cancer survivor due to GOD his wife, who knows.
2. We are both enlisted then went officer but Dooley reverted back down to enlisted. Long story. I do not think the audience will follow that but Bill, I can let you decide
3. Try to keep Dooley from running down into rabbit holes and keep him relevant to the audience is my only suggestion.
4. Weapons. He will talk your ears off and knows the knat hair details on any weapon.
5. I kind of think Dooley has an autistic superpower or savant type personality. Off the charts on intelligence by paper I think. I have a hard time following him on many details I am familiar with. a
6. Dooley has one hell of a story and a great friend. I can be there as a back up or just to keep Dooley from running into rabbit holes. LOL
7. Dooley, Just be yourself as that's what the audience wants. We discussed the unfiltered conversations and that's why I think podcasts have become so popular. Just regular guys that have not been groomed in risk communication like the generals. You know how to keep secret things secret so that's no problem. let's talk

Mr. Holt,
as it happens to be my father was a WWII Veteran, I've never told the stories of his four older sisters who were also WWII Veterans. There were all Registered Nurses on both hospital ships and in the Field Aid Stations fighting forward on the battlefield. All the women on my material and paternal of my family are gifted with higher education then myself; I'm the Dark Horse of the family. I wish to tell their stories as I understand them, in my own words.
I speak - very slowly, with a very heavy East Tennessee accent and only with a high school education. However, my aunts that fought need their stories heard.
You and I may be related as one of my aunts was a Holt and her husband also, fought and retired as a LTC, US Army (Ret.)
