In this episode, I address the first of the two most common misconceptions that I hear when it comes to eating for health, "It's too hard and inconvenient!"

I used to think that, too. I very seldom cooked and didn't enjoy doing so because my mind told me it was too much work and took too long. I have learned to put Romans 12:1, 2 to practice. As a result of renewing my mind to the truth, I've learned that it's really quite simple. I've found that from the time I take out fresh vegetables from the fridge to sitting down to eat, is an average of only 30 minutes. 

I've also learned that it does not take much planning ahead and the bonus is that I know EXACTLY what is going into my food. No additives or preservatives, sugar or overload of sodium. I season for nutritional value in addition to flavor.
