Welcome to Episode 4! This week, we sit down to discuss what presence means to us. We explain how presence is experienced in the mind, body, & soul, and offer tools for practicing mindfulness, groundedness, & awareness. It is through this conversation that we ultimately discover that presence is a beautiful gift because it connects us to ourselves, our loved ones, and the world at large. 


We’ll share tangible ways that we each practice present focused awareness, and we’ll provide you with some tools for you to integrate into your own mindfulness practice.
