Devon shares about how the body becomes overwhelmed and confused when our mind worries over the future, and Heather reframes anxiety from an icky, bad feeling to a teacher, and even a friend. We discuss how we both experience anxiety, as well as the impact that anxiety has on our mind, body, and soul. As we love to do, we’ll share some tools for coping with and tolerating anxiety.
