Welcome to Episode 10! This week we chat about the topic of acceptance, and how to begin practicing it. Heather teaches us about a ‘choice point,’ reminding us that we always have choices in life. Devon reminds us that pain in life is inevitable, but we don’t have to torture ourselves with suffering. 


We talk about the challenges that come with practicing acceptance, and how we don’t have to like what we’re accepting, nor do we have to agree with it, but choosing acceptance allows space for peace and healing.
