This is the last episode of 2023 and before their break for the holidays (and a well earned rest), Philippa and Robbie wrap-up this year with a reflection of how this year has panned out since starting the podcast in April.
It has been quite a journey of growth and self-discovery as well as a lot of fun.
For the last 7 months, they have been running the private HSP Connection community and in 2024 it is moving onto a public platform. A space to carry on the ideas and themes that emerge on this podcast. Exciting times!
